Production reviewThe rider, date, venue, route and support requirement are checked together.
Clarifications documentedQuestions, availability conflicts and suitable alternatives are shared where needed.
Scope quotedThe agreed equipment, technicians, transport and additional support are set out clearly.
Reservation confirmedEquipment is reserved after written acceptance and the applicable commercial formalities.
Advance continuesPlanning remains active through preparation, load-in, setup and recovery.

Acknowledgement is generated when the request is recorded. Coordinator response timing depends on the production date, rider completeness and the checks required.
