How Confirmation Works

Request recordedYou receive a reference number and acknowledgement.
Production reviewThe rider, date, venue, route and support requirement are checked together.
Clarifications documentedQuestions, availability conflicts and suitable alternatives are shared where needed.
Scope quotedThe agreed equipment, technicians, transport and additional support are set out clearly.
Reservation confirmedEquipment is reserved after written acceptance and the applicable commercial formalities.
Advance continuesPlanning remains active through preparation, load-in, setup and recovery.

Acknowledgement is generated when the request is recorded. An initial coordinator response is targeted within one business day; complex rider, partner or route checks may require a longer advance timeline, which the initial response will identify.
