Operational Systems
How Operations360 fits into our backline operations.
The Backline Company uses Operations360 as part of its internal operations. The software sits behind the work; our production team remains responsible for interpreting the rider, confirming the scope and preparing the requirement for the stage.
Published 23 August 2026The role of the system
Professional backline work creates operational information before, during and after a production. We use Operations360 within that internal environment as one part of maintaining an organised, documented workflow.
Operations360 does not replace technical judgement. Model suitability, approved alternatives, configuration, accessories, transport, technician scope and show-day support are reviewed by The Backline Company against the specific production requirement.

What customers experience
Customers continue to send their rider or build a production request through The Backline Company. Our team reviews that brief, resolves questions with the relevant production contact and confirms the next step. The presence of an item in a digital workflow is not a reservation or a guarantee of availability.
This separation matters: software can support operational control, while responsibility for the equipment and production decision remains clear.
Why we disclose it
Operational evidence should be specific enough to be useful. Naming a system we genuinely use gives artists, tour managers, production teams and partners a clearer view of the working environment behind our service without exposing customer records or proprietary production information.
