Available subject to production date, location, rider requirements and prior reservation.
Artist Perspective
Why professionals request this model
TAMA STAR Maple is requested when the player or production depends on its hoops (Die-cast), format (Flagship shell pack), shells (Maple), and mounting (Quick-Lock tom brackets). Rider review identifies which characteristics are performance-critical before the model is allocated.
Model Characteristics
How it differs and how it can be configured
TAMA STAR Maple is distinguished by its hoops (Die-cast), format (Flagship shell pack), shells (Maple), and mounting (Quick-Lock tom brackets). A proposed substitute must preserve the characteristics that affect playing response, connection and stage use rather than only matching the broad equipment category.
Production Fit
Where it works best
TAMA STAR Maple suits live productions where the requested drum format can be configured around the player's sizes, tuning and hardware, including concerts, festivals, tours and broadcast stages.
Preparation
Specific preparation checks
TAMA STAR Maple is inspected for shell, head, hoop, lug and mounting condition, then tuned and tested in the agreed configuration, including Hoops (Die-cast), Format (Flagship shell pack), Shells (Maple), Mounting (Quick-Lock tom brackets).
Rider Review
