Warehouse Assistant

The Warehouse Assistant works at the start and finish of every production cycle. You will help select complete equipment requirements, inspect returned assets, organise accessories and flight cases, and maintain a warehouse where the next preparation can begin without uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Pick equipment against production lists and approved riders
• Clean and visually inspect returned equipment
• Match stands, pedals, cables and accessories to the correct systems
• Pack and label flight cases for safe dispatch
• Return recovered assets to their designated storage locations
• Record missing items, damage and maintenance requirements
• Assist with stock counts and warehouse housekeeping

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, inventory, equipment-rental or hands-on operational environment is useful
• Ability to lift and move professional equipment using safe handling methods
• Dependable attendance and care when following preparation lists
• Comfort working as part of a practical, deadline-led team

Working hours

Warehouse-led schedule with early starts, late returns and weekend work when production movements require it

Education requirements

Formal qualifications are not essential; practical ability, careful work and the capacity to follow written preparation requirements matter most

Experience requirements

Warehouse, inventory or equipment-handling experience is preferred, although candidates with strong practical discipline may be trained

• Hands-on familiarity with drums, keyboards, amplifiers, instruments and stage accessories
• Training in equipment identification, preparation checks and flight-case organisation
• Experience following real production lists and technical-rider requirements
• A clear view of the complete asset cycle from dispatch through inspection and return to readiness
