Driver

The Driver protects the production while it is in transit. You will move high-value equipment between the warehouse, venues and cities, help load cases in a safe sequence, secure every consignment, maintain movement records and coordinate arrival around venue access and production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive the assigned company vehicle safely and legally
• Review routes, venue access details and delivery schedules before departure
• Assist with loading and unloading flight-cased equipment
• Secure cases to prevent movement or damage in transit
• Complete pre-departure vehicle and load checks
• Maintain trip, fuel, toll and delivery documentation
• Communicate delays or access issues promptly to the operations team
• Keep the vehicle clean, roadworthy and ready for the next movement

Qualifications

• A valid commercial driving licence for the assigned vehicle class
• A safe and verifiable driving record
• Knowledge of Mumbai routes and confidence with intercity travel
• Ability to handle flight cases safely and follow loading instructions
• Readiness for irregular hours, waiting periods and overnight movement when scheduled

Working hours

Experience requirements

Professional driving experience is required; experience transporting event, audio, musical or other high-value equipment is preferred

• Planned local and intercity assignments supporting live productions
• Practical training in safe flight-case handling, loading order and load security
• Coordination with warehouse, technical and production teams rather than parcel-style delivery work
• Experience navigating venue access, scheduled load-ins and time-sensitive equipment recovery
